Despite having a shocking defeat to the Charlotte Hornets, it wasn’t the Rockets that took the headlines, it was superstar James Harden.

The former MVP, out of Arizona State, put up an unofficial quadruple-double in the 108-99 loss in the Spectrum Centre, finishing the game with 30 points, 14 rebounds, 10 assists and also 10 turnovers in 45 minutes.

Despite this, Harden was still the standout performer in a poor all-round performance from Houston, with himself, Robert Covington (25 points) and veteran Jeff Green (20 points) being the only 3 players reaching double digits in points.

Whereas it was a completely different picture for the Hornets. Every starter managed to reach double digits, with Devonte’ Graham (23 points), Terry Rozier III (24 points) and P.J Washington (22 points) stealing the show.
