Jayson Tatum shows off bold new back tattoo, with a glaring grammatical error

Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum has added some new ink to his skin, but he may want to make a wee addition as it appears to be missing something very important.

The 21-year-old is quite fond of tattoos and it seems like he gets a new one every other week. He showed off his latest recently, one bearing the words “GODS WILL” above a bible verse across his back. And no, the lack of an apostrophe isn’t our mistake, it’s his.

Maybe he didn’t mean to convey “The will of God.” Maybe he meant to say that several deities will do something at some point. Maybe he’ll just add the apostrophe, who knows?

Where it pertains to his output on the court this season, Tatum is having a remarkable year for the Celtics. The forward is averaging 22.5 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.9 assists a night, while Boston’s third in the East with a 39-16 record.
