Fenerbahce Ulker have officially announced the signing of the Central African small forward Romain Sato.
Sato was one of the top targets of the club’s new coach, Simone Pianingiani, who coached Sato for many seasons and who was an integral part of the successful Siena squad he had built.
The defensive specialist failed to impress during his presence in Panathinaikos but hopes to have a fresh start in his career in an ambitious club.
The 195cm guard/forward signed a two years deal. Fenerbahce is also looking into more former Siena players, like David Hawkins, Bo McCalebb and David Andersen.
