Lakers’ Frank Vogel calls Nikola Jokic ‘a unique player’

Lakers head coach Frank Vogel talked about stopping Nikola Jokic after the win over the Nuggets (120-116). “It’s really a five man assignment,” Vogel said.

According to him, it is so difficult to stop Jokic due to his unique ability to shoot the ball, despite being a center.

“You have to do it by committee. It’s really a five man assignment. He’s such a unique player that forces a lot of switches and ability to shoot the ball at the center position. It’s going to be a team effort.”
