Celtics’ Jaylen Brown hopes to play Thursday vs the Clippers despite calf injury

Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown hopes to play against the LA Clippers on Thursday (13/02), despite dealing with a calf injury.

Brown got injured and was forced to leave Tuesday’s game against the Houston Rockets. However, he plans to suit up for the clash with the Clippers.

Jaylen Brown said he took a knee to his left calf, hopes to play vs the #Clippers on Thursday, the final game for the #Celtics before the All-Star break.

Jaylen Brown has a calf contusion per Brad Stevens. Not his ankle again. But he was grimacing throughout the game, including several times when he landed after dunks or layups.
