Maccabi Electra has signed Giorgi Shermadini to a one year contract with the option of an additional twelve months.
Shermadini arrives in Israel from Italian side Bennet Cantu, for whom he reached the Euroleague Top 16 with.
The Georgian international, who represented his country at Eurobasket last year in Lithuania has also had spells with Maccabi Tbilisi, Panathinaikos and Union Olimpija.
