BC Khimki has signed a two-year contract with American guard K.C Rivers. K.C. spent the last season in another Russia club- Lokomotiv Kuban. He has also experience from Italian and French leagues.

— Rivers is well known to Russian fans. He is a strong, vigorous guard with a good throw. We have kept an eye on him for a long time, and our coaching staff agreed that this basketball player would be a serious strengthening of our team.

— Rivers is a young, energetic player who has not been fully revealed. I see great potential in him. He is a good sniper, a strong player in position of 2 and 3 numbers. I think he will join our team successfully.
