Russell Westbrook appears to be thriving in the new small ball of the Houston Rockets. Russ dropped 41 points in a win against the Lakers in which the new system debuted.
Former basketball player and Westbrook’s teammate in Oklahoma is impressed with his performance, saying he is taking over the Rockets and making it his own team.
This season, Westbrook is averaging 26.4 points, 8 rebounds and 7.4 assists per game. Over the last 10 games, he averages 33.1 points per game.
