Milwaukee Bucks’ Pat Connaughton has accepted an invite to the NBA Slam Dunk Contest at All-Star weekend in Chicago.

Connaughton joins Aaron Gordon, Dwight Howard and Derrick Jones Jr.

Unless the league expands the contest, those are the only four players who will participate.

Connaughton, 27, is participating in his first dunk contest.

He is the only first-time participant, as Gordon, Howard and Jones Jr. have each competed before.

Connaughton is a sneaky athletic player, who previously spoke about how he enjoys disproving expectations about him.

“I actually like the stereotypes, because I can disprove them,” Connaughton said. “So to be able to be a part of, you know, a small group that can disprove a stereotype like ‘White men can’t jump,’ I think is pretty cool.”
