Detroit Pistons rookie Sekou Doumbouya might be sent to the lower division (NBA G League) to gain more experience and confidence. Head coach Dwane Casey got Doumbouya on the bench early in the first quarter as the Nets had a solid lead.
The 19 years old young prospect stared the second half, but while the Nets got the lead again, Casey benched him once again, and he did not show up in the court again.
Sekou Doumbouya’s minutes are decreasing drastically in the NBA, so Dwane Casey said, “we might send him back to the G League so that he regains his confidence.”
