Panathinaikos maintains winning streak; emerges victorious against ASVEL

Panathinaikos got its 3rd straight win, prevailing over ASVEL Villeurbanne at home (100-88).

The Greens relied on their offensive effectiveness to take a 19-point lead (52-33) in the last moments of the second quarter and maintained the lead until the end of the contest.

Panathinaikos won their third straight in EuroLeague, with Jimmer Fredette scoring a game-high 22 points on 10-12 shooting. Moreover, Ioannis Papapetrou added 21 points for the Greeks, while Nick Calathes had 17 assists.

On the other side, Villeurbanne lost its 5th straight, despite Theo Maledon 19-point game. The French team dropped to 8-13, while Panathinaikos improved to 13-8.
