LeBron James scored 31 points (13/25 FG, 2/7 3PT, 3/5 FT), grabbed five boards, handed out 12 assists and tallied two steals in the Anthony Davis and Rajon Rondo-less Los Angeles Lakers’ 124-115 win against the Houston Rockets at Toyota Center on Saturday night. Kyle Kuzma added 23 points, and Danny Green and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope each had 20. The Lakers, who have won 12 games against the teams over .500, sit atop the Western Coference with a 34-8 record, whereas the Rockets dropped to 26-15.

“We hated the loss that we had the other night against Orlando. So we had a couple of days to kind of just reshape, refocus and start the second half of the season the right way, and we did that tonight,” James said, per Yahoo Sports.
