The Minnesota Timberwolves have traded Jeff Teague and Treveon Graham to the Atlanta Hawks for Allen Crabbe.

Teague previously spent seven seasons with the Hawks from 2009-2016.

He will now get the chance to be a veteran backup point guard and mentor to Trae Young.

The Timberwolves have reportedly been talking to teams around the league in search for another point guard, as they now have an open roster spot after dealing Teague and Graham.

Teague averaged 13.2 points and 6.1 assists per game, while Graham averaged 5.2 points and 3.0 rebounds per game this season for the Timberwolves.

Crabbe averaged 5.1 points in 28 games for the Hawks.
