Zion Williamson has been ruled out for the match against the Detroit Pistons (13/01) and will not make his season debut with the Pelicans.
The star of New Orleans has been recovering from arthroscopic knee surgery he had in October and has been sidelined since then.
He has now returned to practice, though, and his season debut is expected soon. The Pelicans are at 14-26.
