Vince Carter receives standing ovation in final game at Barclays Center

Vince Carter played for the final time at Barclays Center and received a standing ovation from the Brooklyn Nets fans.

The legendary forward of the Atlanta Hawks finished the game with eight points and couldn’t help his team avoid another loss in the season (8-32).

The Nets earned the 108-86 victory, with Irving scoring a game-high 21 points in his return to action.

For his part, Carter has played for 22 years in the NBA and will retire at the end of the season.
