Alexey Shved was the top scorer of Khimki, yet he could not help his team avoid a stunning loss at home to Zenit Saint Petersburg (81-83).
Shved finished the match with 30 points (11/shooting), five rebounds, six assists and a PIR of 31, also making seven turnovers.
Khimki, though, could not find a way to beat their Russian rivals and suffered a painful defeat at home. This was the third straight loss for Shved and his teammates, who dropped to 8-10.
On the other hand, Zenit improved to 5-13.
