Estudiantes decided to take on trial US American point guard Chris Lofton.
The club from the Spanish capital had already agreed with Lofton during the summer, but the player failed to pass the medical exams so the deal didn’t come through.
Lofton has already played a season with Estudiantes in 2009-2010.
