Pelicans’ Brandon Ingram, Lonzo Ball combine for 45 points in first game vs the Lakers at Staples Center

New Orleans Pelicans stars Brandon Ingram and Lonzo Ball returned to Staples Center for the first time since leaving the LA Lakers.

The two players, who went from L.A to New Orleans during the offseason, combined for 45 points in their first game against their former team at Staples Center.

Ball scored 23 points (10/16 shooting) with five assists, while Ingram added 22 points (10/27 shooting).

 The Pelicans are at 11-24, whereas the Lakers have a 28-7 record.
