Jonathan Isaac of the Orlando Magic is out 8-10 weeks after an MRI on his left knee showed a severe sprain and bone contusion.
There was no structural damage to his ACL, MCL or PCL.
Isaac left on a stretcher after hyperextending his knee against the Washington Wizards on Jan. 1.
The third-year player is averaging 12.0 points, 6.9 rebounds and 2.4 blocks (fourth in the league) per game.
