Carmelo Anthony glanced up at the rafters to envision his number being retired at Madison Square Garden

Carmelo Anthony’s return to New York didn’t turn our well for the Portland Trail Blazers. Melo and the team visited Madison Square Garden to face the Knicks.

Though the Blazers lost 93-117, Anthony had a good game personally with a season high of 26 points.

There were other topics being discussed related with Anthony’s return to New York. The former Knick has been asked recently about possible retirement of his jersey by the Knicks.

Upon his return to New York, Melo talked about the jersey retirement again, saying he glanced up at the rafters to envision his number being retired at Madison Square Garden.
