Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr addressed the injury of D’Angelo Russell, stating he has no idea when he will return.
“Not sure how long he’ll be out… the morning after his injury he felt some pain. So yesterday when we flew he did not practice. So he’ll sit out tonight and re-evaluate tomorrow,” Kerr told reporters.
Russell, who has been averaging 23.2 points and six assists this season, suffered a shoulder injury on Saturday (28/12). He is also dealing with an illness that has affected many members of the team.
The Warriors are at 9-26.
