Dutch side Landstede have won their own Basketball Days tournament in Zwolle, Holland to end 2011.
The mid-season tournament, also included Newcastle Eagles, Nigeria, 94fifty All-Stars from the USA, Barsy Atyrau from Kazakhstan and Germio Mogi from Brazil.
Landstede though rose above all, as they defeated Germio Mogi comfortably 90-63, with point guard Damon Huffman grabbing MVP honours.
Nigeria finished third thanks to a 80-70 victory over British Basketball League side Newcastle Eagles, who were relegated to fourth, but gave a good accounting of themselves as they think about entering the Eurochallenge in the next year-or-so.
Barsy Atyrau finished fifth, losing out on a semi-final birth thanks to points difference. 94fifty All-Stars finished bottom.
