October 13, 2011. The meeting of the Union of European Leagues of Basketball ( ULEB ), chaired by President Eduardo Portela, has taken place today at the headquarters of Euroleague Basketball in Barcelona.
The Assembly focused on the analysis of the future of European club competitions, with Euroleague President and CEO Jordi Bertomeu participating in the discussions.
On the other hand, the Assembly has rejected the admission of the Serbian League ( BLS ) as it doesn´t meet the requirements stated in the ULEB By Laws.
