Kemba Walker, who has been tagged as one of the most durable players in the game of Basketball, having only missed a single match in his third season in the league and has only, been able to miss a total of six contests in his last four campaigns. Boston Celtics were reported to have to keep in mind the player’s durability and tied him down to a four-year contract, with his skills also accounted for.

But the unexpected happened as we saw the 29-year-old succumb to an injury on Friday, which seems to be like a bad injury while playing against Denver Nuggets. Walker ran into his teammate Semi Ojeleye’s chest while trying to take control of a pass that was deflected. Right after the incident, Walker seems to be in massive pain and was taken off the court on a stretcher. You can check out the Boston’s odds for their next game with slot online for impressive ones. Celtics have been proving to be title challengers this season as they keep on pressing Milwaukee Bucks, who sits at the top of the League.

Walker was diagnosed with a neck sprain right after the Celtics had formerly diagnosed him with a “concussion-like symptoms”. He was unavailable for the teams’ match against the Sacramento Kings on Monday, which they won. Reports are claiming he might not be sitting on the sidelines for long as his return could even be closer than we imagined.

However, since Walker’s injury was somewhere between his head and neck the Boston team will have to cautious in the players’ return to fitness and make sure his body has completely recovered before taking him back into action.

Speaking to the media, Celtics manager Brad Stevens said, via CBS Sports: “It’s always scary. The head injuries, the neck injuries are scary. And that’s the reason he’s doubtful, to be honest. I think he could probably play with the strain part but we want to make sure with all the — with the way he hit, and certainly because of the sensitivity to head injuries.”

In other news, Sports Analyst Stephen A. Smith has expressed his concerns as the Western Conferences seem to be about a battle in L.A.

He did not rule out the Denver Nuggets as a title contender, but he stated his opinions which sees the Western Conference trophy going to either the Lakers or the Clippers, both of which are the most in-form team in the league right now.

And when it comes to the Lakers, the 52-year-old sports analyst took to the media to explain his concerns about their prolific star Anthony Davis.

Davis, who plays as a power forward for the Lakers, has been repeatedly put on the sidelines this season due to the continuous injuries he has been succumbing to. The 26-year-old fragility has been questioned as it could very well decide where the Western trophy is going, with the Clippers seeming not to show any signs of stopping in the league and it is quite different from soccer as denoted via Fresh Football.

The 26-year-old put up quite an amazing performance for his team as he recorded most points in a player’s first game against a former team. Davis registered 41 points, 9 rebounds and 1 assist in the Lakers 114-110 victory against the Pelicans on Wednesday. He also made three steals in the game, including a pivotal late steal which sealed the match.

While AD racked up the highest points won in the game, LeBron James, who scored 29 points in the game, became the fourth player ever to get to 33,000 points in NBA history, joining the elites Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Kobe Bryant and Karl Malone.
