Zalgiris Kaunas announced on Tuesday (03/12) that Marius Grigonis will be sidelined for up to three months, due to a foot injury.
Grigonis, who has been averaging 11.5 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists in the EuroLeague this season, will have surgery on Wednesday.
Zalgiris currently is at 3-8 in the league.
