Point forward Luka Doncic tied his career-high with 42 points (on 12/24 shooting), grabbed nine rebounds, handed out 11 assists, and tallied a steal in the Dallas Mavericks’ 120-113 road victory over the Phoenix Suns on Friday night. Doncic joined Russell Westbrook and Oscar Robertson as the only players to average 30-10-10 in a month.

“It’s just one game – we lost one game. We shouldn’t be worried about that. You go to the next game and pretend like nothing happened. I’m anxious to go out there every night. I’m excited about every game. That’s me,” Doncic said, per USA Today.

Coach Carlisle talking about Luka and KP:

This season, Doncic is averaging 30.8 points, 9.9 rebounds, and 9.6 assist, while shooting at 48% from the field and 32% from three.

The Mavericks are 1st in the Southwest Division with a 12-6 record.
