Zalgiris Kaunas guard Marius Grigonis may be sidelined for up to two months, according to Donatas Urbonas of 15min.
Grigonis is dealing with a foot injury and the team is concerned it may take much longer than expected to recover.
The Lithuanian guard has been averaging 11.5 points so far in the EuroLeague.
