Cajasol Banca Cívica continues to improve its roster with the addition of Guillem Rubio (2’02, 1983) for the next two years. The player arrives from Unicaja Malaga.

After the disappointment for not signing Matt Nielsen, who finally decided to play in Russia, Cajasol Seville made a strong move by adding a good spanish power forward, a player that allows the Sevillian team to fill with guarantees one of the spots reserved to national players.

Rubio played the last couple of years in Malaga, not satisfying the expectations, after being a key player in Manresa for a number of years. In the last season he averaged 4’2 ppp and 2’8 rpg in the local league, while in Euroleague his stats were quite the same.
