Luka Doncic led the Dallas Mavericks to the 117-110 victory over the San Antonio Spurs and made history once again this season.

Doncic finished the game with 42 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists and became the second youngest player to post a 40-point triple-double in NBA history.

Only LeBron James was younger when he made a 40-point triple-double (40 points, 10 boards, 10 assists in 2005).

Doncic’s sixth triple-double of the season helped him improve his averages to 29.5 points, 10.7 rebounds and 9.3 assists, respectively.

The only player in NBA history to reach those thresholds over a full season was Oscar Robertson in 1961-62.
