Anadolu Efes has concentrated their efforts into signing Slovenian guard Sasha Vujacic.

After releasing Igor Rakocevic and not being able to lure in Vasilis Spanoulis, Efes was looking for a combo guard with easy scoring ability and apparently they’ve found one in the face of Vujacic.

According to “Milliyet” the two sides are close to a deal and Vujacic seems positive of playing in Turkey next season, partly motivated by the lockout.

If the two sides come to an agreement Vujacic will return to Europe after spending the last six seasons in NBA. Last season he averaged 11.4 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists with the New Jersey Nets in fifty six games.
