Earlier in the evening and according to the French basketball website Catch and Shoot it became known that Ben Woodside had agreed with a Euroleague club.
Although the same site says rules Olimpija out as the player’s potential new career station, other sources claim that it is in fact the Slovenian League runner-ups.
Although relatively short (180cm) Woodside will help Olimpija with his leadership, quickness and good shooting. Last season he averaged 13.7 points and an impressive 5.7 assists in French LNB, playing for Gravelines.
