Ettore Messina was victorious in the battle with Zeljko Obradovic, as Armani Milano handed Fenerbahce its third loss in the EuroLeague.

The Italians took over from the opening tip (20-11) and earned a double-digit lead at halftime (41-29). The Turks never recovered after that (66-55) and suffered another defeat (87-74).

Sergio Rodriguez led the winners with a game-high 22 points, whereas Jan Vesely and Joffrey Lauvergne had 14 points apiece for the losing squad.

Armani Milano improved to 3-1, whereas Fenerbahce dropped to 1-3.

At the sold-out Zalgirio Arena, Zalgiris Kaunas rallied past ASVEL Villeurbanne and claimed its second straight win (70-56).

The Lithuanians took over from the second quarter onwards and never looked back (28-20, 38-30). Zalgiris extended its lead to double digits (55-45) and ASVEL never recovered after that.

Four players scored in double figures for the winners, with Zach LeDay having a game-high 13 points. On the other hand, Tonye Jekiri posted a team-high 10 points for the losing squad.

Both teams now have identical records (2-2).

An 8-22 run in the third quarter was enough for CSKA Moscow to dominate ALBA in Berlin (66-82) and remain undefeated (4-0).

Following a slow start, the Muscovites went on an 1-15 run in the third quarter, took control of the game and cruised to an easy victory.

Mike James (22 points) and Darrun Hilliard (21 points) combined for 43 points for the winners, whereas Luke Sikma, Niels Giffey and Tim Schneider all had 11 points for the losing squad.

ALBA Berlin dropped to 1-3.

In its first EuroLeague game at home, Baskonia rallied past Olympiacos at the Fernando Buesa Arena (82-66).

The Basques were in control from the opening tip, however the “Reds” attempted to turn things around many times (23-21, 36-25, 41-36, 58-49, 69-61).

Yet, the hosts closed the game on a 13-5 run and sealed the deal, as the visitors never threatened again.

Tornike Shengelia was unstoppable for the winners, with 25 points and nine rebounds. On the other hand, Brandon Paul posted a team-high 15 points for the losing squad.

Baskonia improved to 2-2, whereas Olympiacos dropped to 1-3.
