Rudy Gobert has claimed the French Player of the Year award, as announced by the French Basketball Federation.
Gobert won the Defensive Player of the Year award in the NBA for a second straight season, while he also helped France claim the bronze medal in the 2019 Basketball World Cup.
The French center finished first with 114 votes, with Nando De Colo of Fenerbahce being second, with 81 votes.
The annual award goes to the French Player of the Year, male or female.
