Barcelona and Khimki maintained their perfect records (2-0), while Olympiacos, Armani Milano and Anadolu Efes earned their first victory.

The Catalans decimated Zenit Saint Petersburg on the road, thanks to a 7-28 run in the fourth quarter (63-87).

It was a close game for 34 minutes, yet the “Blaugrana” exploded in the final minutes and dominated their opponents.

Kyle Kuric and Nikola Mirotic were the best players of the winners, with 24 and 17 points, respectively.

For their part, the Russians suffered their second straight loss in the competition (0-2).

In Moscow, Khimki edged Baskonia and secured its second victory in the EuroLeague (79-76).

The Russians made a great start (27-17, 39-23), but the Basques turned things around and took the lead (48-49) early in the third quarter.

The Muscovites, though, took over again after 30 minutes (62-55) and Baskonia never recovered after that.

Alexey Shved (21 points) and Janis Timma (18 points) combined for 39 points for the winners. On the other hand, Tornike Shengelia had 18 points and 10 rebounds for the losing squad.

Khimki improved to 2-0, whereas Baskonia dropped to 1-1.

In a crazy game in Istanbul, Anadolu Efes survived ALBA Berlin in overtime (106-105), with the duo of Shane Larkin and Vasilije Micic being unstoppable.

It was a close game for 45 minutes at the Sinan Erdem Dome, with consecutive lead changes and no team being in front by more than seven points.

In the extra period, Larkin and Micic made the difference offensively and sealed the deal for the Turks.

The American guard finished the game with 26 points (on 8/16 shooting) and a PIR of 31, while the Serbian guard added 23 points, a career-high 13 assists and a PIR of 32.

Both teams now have identical records (1-1).

Armani Milano saw Zalgiris Kaunas come back from an early 16-point deficit (23-7), but stood tall in the end and claimed the victory at home (85-81).

The Lithuanians came as close as possible (81-79, 83-81), however Vladimir Micov and Sergio Rodriguez sealed the deal from the free-throw line (85-81).

Rodriguez led the winners with 17 points, whereas Thomas Walkup had a game-high 19 points for the losing squad.

The Italians improved to 1-1, whereas Zalgiris dropped to 0-2.

In the first game of the post-Blatt era, Olympiacos crushed Valencia at home (89-63) and bounced back from the heavy defeat to ASVEL Villeurbanne in the EuroLeague opener last week.

The “Reds” improved to 1-1, whereas the Spaniards dropped to 0-2.
