Olympiacos unstoppable in first game of the post-Blatt era

In the first game after the departure of David Blatt, Olympiacos was tremendous and crushed Valencia at home (89-63).

The “Reds” started the game on an 11-0 run and never looked back. Playing excellent on both ends, they led by as many as 33 points and cruised to the victory.

Vassilis Spanoulis (17 points, six assists) and Nikola Milutinov were the best players of the winners, while four more players scored in double figures.

On the other hand, Jordan Lloyd and Brock Motum stood out for the losing squad, with 12 and 11 points, respectively.

Olympiacos improved to 1-1, whereas Valencia remained winless in the competition (0-2).
