Milos Teodosic is expected to return to action in the first days of October, according to Pianeta Basket.
Teodosic has been dealing with a plantar fascia injury over the past month, which he suffered during Serbia’s preparation for the Basketball World Cup. Therefore, he was forced to miss the tournament.
“He will fully recover and he will soon be on the court. He will not be available for the first game, but will be fully ready from the beginning of October,” the CEO of Virtus Bologna, Luca Baraldi said.
Teodosic signed a three-year contract with Virtus Bologna during the offseason.
