Team USA rallied past Poland (87-74) and claimed the seventh place in the 2019 Basketball World Cup in China.

The Americans led from start to finish and never looked back. Playing very well on both ends, they closed the first half in front by 17 (47-30).

Poland attempted to make a come-back and cut the deficit to single digits multiple times in the second half, yet Team USA stood tall and earned an easy victory.

Five players scored in double figures for the winners, with Donovan Mitchell having 16 points and 10 assists.

On the other hand, Mateusz Ponitka and Adam Waczynski were the best players of the losing squad, with 18 and 17 points, respectively.

Poland finished eighth in the tournament.
