Following the end of the second round of the 2019 Basketball World Cup, Team USA and Argentina officially qualified for the 2020 Olympics.
The two teams secured the two American tickets for the Olympic Tournament in Tokyo. Four more teams have already advanced to the Olympics (Nigeria, Iran, Australia and Japan as host country).
