According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Charlotte Hornets have agreed to sign point guard Kobi Simmons to a one-year contract. Simmons played the past two seasons for the Grizzlies and Cavaliers.
Last season, the 22-year-old made one NBA appearance on a 10-day deal with the Cavaliers.
