Darko Milicic did not show up in the preparation camp of the Serbian NT at the fixed date and as he stated later he will not take part in the World Championship in Turkey.
As he stated, the Minnesota Timberwolves, with whom he recently signed a contract did not allow him to take part in the WC as they need him to work with the team. He was informed that the club’s officials would contact the Serbian Federation and that is why he didn’t show up without any notice.
