Some new and young faces were called to the preliminary France National Team squad ahead of the 2010 world Championsip of Turkey, by head coach Vincent Collet.
The new faces are Joakim Noah of Chicago Bulls, French champion with Cholet Kevin Seraphin who was promoted from the youth team and Ian Mahinmi of San Antonio Spurs.
More youngsters were called like Nando De Colo who impressed in his first ACB season with Valencia, Rodrigue Beaubois of Dallas Mavericks while Mickael Gelabale has been called again after missing last Eurobasket as he was MVP of French final and led Cholet to their first title ever.
