Ricky Rubio made an excellent performance (20 points, six assists) and led Spain past the Dominican Republic (102-70).
Aside from Rubio, Willy Hernangomez (13 points), Marc Gasol (12 points) and Juancho Hernangomez (11 points) also scored in double figures for the winners.
On the other hand, Ronald Roberts Jr. and Eloy Vargas had 11 points apiece for the losing squad.
Spain led from start to finish (12-0, 51-35) and never looked back. The Dominican Republic never threatened in the game (82-50) and suffered a heavy defeat.
Spain will play two more preparation games prior to the start of the Basketball World Cup.
