Following the newly acquired Los Angeles Lakers big man DeMarcus Cousins’ knee injury, Fox Sports’ Nick Wright stated Cousins, whose availability for 2019-20 is in question, is no longer an All-Star-type player:

“Boogie Cousins was on a Hall of Fame track. That to me is over. His days as an All-Star/All-NBA player are almost assuredly over. This probably cost him upwards of, all-in, about $200 million. It’s just devastating,” Wright said.

The 29-year-old center had quad and Achilles tendon problems in the past two seasons.
