Dmitry Kulagin will not be available for the 2019 Basketball World Cup, as announced by the Russian Basketball Federation on Tuesday (13/08).
Kulagin is dealing with an eye injury and has not been medically cleared to compete in the tournament.
Alexey Shved will also miss the World Cup, due to an ankle injury.
