Ex-NBA point guard Sebastian Telfair was sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison on Monday Aug. 12, stemming from a gun possession charge.

Telfair was convicted of criminal possession of a weapon back in April 2017 after police recovered a loaded gun in his pickup truck during a traffic stop in Brooklyn, New York.

Telfair was drafted 13th overall in the 2004 NBA Draft by the Portland Trail Blazers and had a 10 year NBA career.
