Chris Boucher left the training camp of Canada and will not play in the 2019 Basketball World Cup.

The center of the Toronto Raptors decided to withdraw his participation due to personal reasons.

Boucher is the latest NBA player to pull out of the World Cup for Canada from its initial list of 29 players. He joins Tristan Thompson, Dwight Powell, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Nickeil Alexander-Walker as well as the injured R.J. Barrett and Jamal Murray, among others.
