LithuaniaGreat Britain suffered a second heavy loss in four nations tournament in Spain after losing against Lithuania. Eurobasket 2007 bronze medalists made and impressive start and had a comfortable 18 point lead at the end of the first quarter. Although the Brits were able to come closer in the second quarter, they were down by 12 at the half time.

Linas Kleiza enjoyed a nice run in the third quarter as his team was near 20 point advantage. Despite constantly rotating the players, Lithuanians continued increasing their lead as Great Britain could hardly find the ways to respond.

Fourth quarter left no questions who is going to win the game. Chris Finch, head coach of Great Britain, let some of his bench players on the court as the gap was reaching 30 points.

Lithuania won convincingly 97-62 and will face Spain tomorrow on the final day of the tournament. Meanwhile Great Britain will try to do better against Slovenia, their group rivals in Eurobasket Group C.
