Kemzura decided Latvia’s preliminary list

Kestutis KemzuraNew Latvia National Team coach Kestutis Kemzura has decided about his preliminary list of players for the Eurobasket 2009.

Players who will definitely travel to Poland and have a guaranteed spot in the team and who will join the team at July 20.

A couple of promising players who will compete at the U20 European Championship, Janis Strelnieks (BK Ventspils) and Dairis Bertans (ASK Riga), may be invited into the team once their under-20 duties are completed.
 
Kemzura also chose his assistant for the Eurobasket who are: Igors Miglinieks, Edmunds Valeiko and Viktors Lacis.
