Ettore Messina made an official statement in which he explained what the future of Mike James in Milan is after the club signed Shelvin Mack. The Italian coach stated the following:
“Today, after the signing of Shelvin Mack and the further addition that we have planned at the same position, I have personally informed Mike James that there is no playing time available for him in our technical project for next season, and the reasons that have motivated this decision. The General Manager Christos Stavropoulos is already working with the player’s representatives on an agreement that could be satisfactory for both sides.”
