AEK Athens announced on Friday (26/07) they have parted ways with team captain Dusan Sakota.
Sakota leaves the team after five years, having won the 2018 Basketball Champions League, the 2018 Greek Cup and the 2019 FIBA Intercontinental Cup.
The 33-year-old forward averaged 11.9 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 24.8 minutes in the Basketball Champions League.
